Shipping & Returns
Our products are carefully packed before they reach you. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt with details of damage and we will get back to you in a timely manner. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order from us, you can return it within 14 days of purchase date. Just email us with your reason for return and invoice reference number and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
Once we receive your return, it will take 3-5 days to fund your back to your method of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We are unable to accept returns on damaged items and sale items. We are also unable to accept returns on beauty & aromatherapy items for hygiene reasons - this includes the facial reviving set (unless broken).
